WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
Payment can be made using VISA, MasterCard or Amex. Wire transfers are also acceptable, but must be payable in US dollars.


IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD?
Credit card details are encrypted using industry-standard SSL encryption so all credit card transactions are fully secure. We actually never recieve your credit card details, since all our credit card processing is done via PayPal and/or RealEx. If you wish to read more, visit our secure shopping link.


IS THERE A CHARGE FOR SHIPPING?
We offer 100% safe, guaranteed shipping for all purchases. The shipping fee is $15. We use FedEx 2 Day Delivery for all US packages. To learn more about shipping, see our Shipping Policy.


HOW LONG BEFORE MY ORDER SHIPS?
It can take up to 18 business days to design, cast, create and hallmark your order. As all our jewelry is made to order, we keep no stock on the shelves. We can occassionally accomodate rush orders, but can make no gauranteed date of shipment due to the hallmarking process. You can read more about this on our Shipping page.


WHAT IF AN ITEM ORDERED IS NOT AVAILABLE?
This hardly ever happens – however, in most cases we will still get it to you. You will be informed if the goods you ordered are unavailable, and you will naturally be entitled to a refund if any amounts have been charged to your account as soon as possible, and in any case not later than 10 days after being so informed (in accordance with Directives 97/7/EC and 200/31/EC - for further information on consumer rights within the EU see the European Consumer Affairs website for a full guide to your rights).


WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If you are unsatisfied with your purchases, we offer a 30 day money-back guarantee from receipt of delivery. To organize a Return, email us at sales@celtic-weddingrings.com ,quoting your order reference number and your reason for returning the product.

Unfortunately, Celtic Rings Ltd cannot accept a return of customized products (engraved products, etc). For all other returns there is a 15% of full price restocking fee. Also, any charges incurred by us in relation to this return will be payable by the Returnee. All items are subject to the manufacturers warranty.

WHAT IF I NEED MY RING RESIZED?
We can complete a resize for you, in order to do this you must return the ring to us along with your order number and the size you want the ring changed to. There is a charge of $35 for any resizing done, this price includes the return delivery charge.

HOW DO I KNOW IF YOU RECEIVED MY ORDER?
When you click Submit Order, a confirmation number will be sent to you via email. If you do not get this confirmation number, a problem has occurred and you should see a message at the top of the order form indicating why the order could not be processed. This may be because necessary details have been omitted or entered incorrectly. Correct the problem and click Submit Order again to send the revised information. If you still have problems, please contact us directly so that we can help you complete your order.


WHY IS MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER NOT BEING ACCEPTED?
In most cases, this happens because you selected a method of payment that differed from the card number you entered. For instance, you may have selected Visa as your method of payment and then accidentally entered the credit card number from your MasterCard. You also may have entered an extra digit in the credit card number, or entered a digit incorrectly. Retype the numbers to make sure you entered the card details correctly and try again. If you still have trouble, please call 1800-350-9962 between 9am to 6pm CET, Mon-Fri and we will help you complete your order by phone.


CAN I ORDER BY PHONE WITHOUT USING THE ORDER FORM AT ALL?
