Frequently Asked Questions

Here are some answers to general questions we’re often asked. You’ll find answers to common questions on ordering and payment on our Celtic jewellery ordering page and on shipping on our Jewellery shipping page

What’s the difference between 'Celtic jewelry' and 'Celtic jewellery'?

Nothing at all! In the US, it’s spelled ‘jewelry’ and elsewhere in the English-speaking world it’s usually spelled ‘jewellery’. Our customers come from all over the world, with many from the US, and you’ll see it spelled in different ways throughout the site.

Where is your jewellery created?

Our Celtic jewellery really is authentically Celtic, designed, handcrafted and hallmarked here in Ireland. Celtic jewellery has an amazing heritage – you can read more on our Celtic History & Mythology page and on Our Celtic Blog

Do you offer engraving?

Sorry, no, we no longer offer this service as it is cheaper for our customers to get their Celtic jewellery engraved at their local jewellers. This also allows us to offer returns, which we can’t do if an item is customized with engravings.

How do I measure ring size?

Easy – just go to our Ring measuring page

I’ve got a question about your jewellery – how do I get in touch?

It’s easy. Either contact us via our online support system at the top right of your screen, or call us for free anytime during normal working hours (central European time). Details are on our Contact page

How can I hear about your new Celtic jewellery creations, news and special offers?

Simple – just register for our newsletter
