I'VE ORDERED, NOW WHAT? After you fill in the jewelry order form to place an online order with us for a jewelry item, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail confirming that we have received your order. When the product ships we will then contact you again with the details.
SHIPPING EMAIL As mentioned above, once we ship your order we send you an email confirming the shipment. In this email you will also recieve your FedEx tracking number so you can track its status.
HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER? Our checkout process gives you the option of inputting your credit card details online. If you wish to pay for your order by any other means please contact us at sales@celtic-weddingrings.com or by using the contact form.
IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ONLINE? All credit card transactions are handled by our payment providers, PayPal and/or RealEx. Both PayPal and RealEx handle all transactions on a secure SSL server, and as such are encrypted using industry-standard SSL encryption.
WHICH CREDIT CARDS ARE ACCEPTED? We accept payments by Visa & Mastercard.
WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED? Your credit card will be debited when you have finished your transaction via RealEx or PayPal.
DUTIES & TAXES All our quoted prices are free of Irish Taxes. However, products shipped to a country within the European Union are liable to Value Added Tax (currently 21%) which will be applied to such orders. Any duties and taxes applied by Countries or Governments outside the European Union are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note: We do not offer the TAX-FREE form for non-EU citizens to claim back VAT after leaving the EU.
DO YOU OFFER ENGRAVING? No, we no longer offer this service as it is cheaper for our customers to get the rings engraved at their local jewelry store. This also allows us to offer returns which we cannot do if an item is customized with engravings.
