How do I order?

Simply choose the items you want, adding them to the basket. When you’re ready to order, click the ‘checkout’ button. You need to complete all fields of the form. Please note that shipping will be via Fedex Express and costs $15.00 per order..


How long does it take?

The whole process from ordering through to receiving your jewelry takes between 14 and 20 business days. Silver items are generally a little quicker, and will take 10 – 12 business days. However, it’s possible we may be able to get you your order sooner – if it’s urgent, please contact us before ordering.


How do I pay?

You simply enter your credit card details during the checkout process. If you would prefer to pay by another method, that’s not a problem – simply email us at sales@celtic-weddingrings.com or complete the contact form


Is it safe to use my credit card online?

Don’t worry, it’s totally secure. All credit card transactions are handled by our payment providers, PayPal and/or Realex, who both use a secure SSL server. This means all details are encrypted to the highest industry standards.


Which credit cards do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Laser card.


When will my credit card be charged?

Once you’ve completed the transaction via Realex or PayPal.


What happens once I've completed the order form?

We’ll send you an email confirming we’ve received your order. Once we’ve despatched your purchase, we’ll send you another email to let you know it’s on its way. This email will also include your Fedex tracking number - by going to www.fedex.com and entering the tracking number, you can check when to expect it.


Duties and taxes

The price you see is the price you pay, there are no extra taxes or duties.

Please note: sorry, but we don’t offer the tax-free form for non-EU citizens to claim back VAT after leaving the EU.
