JEWELRY SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We not only aim to provide you unique, high quality products but also ensure that whenever you place an order for our Celtic jewelry, that shipping is prompt and safe. Thanks to our vast experience in different aspects of jewelry shipping, we have a high degree of expertise in packing and shipping products that are delicate and need special care.

Consequently, we have highly customized jewelry shipping boxes and packing equipment to ensure that you have your selected products as quickly as possible. It is a part of our overall effort to provide all our customers a complete and satisfying experience in every aspect of their shopping - whether it is the quality of the product or their shipping and delivery.

SHIPPING / DELIVERY TIMES
All of our Celtic jewelry is handmade to order and approved by the Dublin Assays Office, this procedure guarantees your gold and silver quality. International orders are generally received in 12-18 business days or less.

Although we endeavor to fulfill all orders within 14 days, on occasion due to events beyond our control, this time period could be extended.

If you have any special requirements, (rush orders, etc.) then please specify these during the checkout process. Alternatively, please do not hesitate to contact us for any inquiries. Rest assured, we will always do our best to accommodate you.

SHIPPING OPTIONS/PRICES
FedEx - Express shipping service - delivery anywhere in the US & Canada within 2-3 business days. This service is a flat rate of $15.00 per order.

Unfortunately, because of the unique nature of our service, we do not accept CODs, nor can we ship to post office (P.O.) boxes.

RETURN POLICY
If you are unsatisfied with your purchases, we offer all our customers a 30 day money-back guarantee from receipt of delivery. To organize a Return, email us at sales@celtic-weddingrings.com, quote your order reference number and your reason for returning the product.

Unfortunately, Celtic Rings Ltd cannot accept a return of customized products (engravings etc). For all other returns there is a 15% of full price restocking fee. Also, any charges incurred by us in relation to this return will be payable by the Returnee. All items are subject to the manufacturers warranty.

All returned items must include the original documentation, jewelry shipping boxes or other packaging material, and labels:

IMPORTANT NOTES
All deliveries must be made to a verifiable, physical street address. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

For your protection, certain orders may only be shipped to your billing or a verifiable alternate address. If you wish to ship an order to an address other than your billing address, please notify your credit card company of this alternate address prior to placing your order.

For security reasons, all shipments require an authorized signature when delivered. If you cannot be available to sign for your package, please be sure that an adult who is authorized to sign for your package will be present at the designated shipping address.

If your order is being delivered to an office building, apartment complex or similar facility, or to a public institution such as a hospital, hotel, school, etc., the carrier may accept the signatures of mailroom employees, receptionists, and similar administrative personnel upon delivery. Upon signature or acceptance by such personnel, we shall be deemed to have fulfilled our entire delivery obligation for your order. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items delivered in accordance with the delivery practices noted above.
