This section addresses a number of general and specific questions you may have about jewelry shipping and delivery at celtic-weddingrings.com. Please feel free to write to us should you require more details or information on any aspect of our policies.


Packing

We aim to bring you unique, high quality products – and also to make sure that you receive them safely and quickly. Jewelry is both delicate and valuable, but with over 20 years of experience, we know just how to protect it, using customized jewelry shipping boxes and packing equipment.


Shipping / delivery times

All of our Celtic jewelry is handmade to order and approved by the Dublin Assays Office. This guarantees your gold and silver quality.

The whole process from ordering through to receiving your jewelry takes between 14 and 20 business days. Silver items are generally a little quicker, and will take 10 – 12 business days.

If you have any special requirements, (rush orders, etc.) then please specify these during the checkout process. Alternatively, please do not hesitate to contact us for any inquiries. Rest assured, we will always do our best to accommodate you.


Shipping options / prices

We use FedEx express shipping, which is both fast and reliable. It costs $15.00 per order. The cost is added when you make your purchase.


Returns policy

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer all our customers a 30-day money-back guarantee from receipt of delivery. To organize a return, email us at sales@celtic-weddingrings.com, quoting your order reference number and your reason for returning the product.

Unfortunately, Celtic Rings Ltd cannot accept a return of customized products (such as those with engravings ). For all returns, there is a restocking fee of 15% of the full price. Also, any charges incurred by us in relation to this return will be payable by the returnee. All items are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty.

All returned items must include the original documentation, jewelry shipping boxes or other packaging material, and labels. They should be sent to:

Delivery address

All deliveries must be made to a verifiable, actual street address. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

For your protection, we can only ship to your credit card billing address or a verifiable other address. If you wish to ship an order to an address other than your billing address, please notify your credit card company of this alternate address prior to placing your order .


Delivery signature

For security reasons, all shipments require an authorized signature when delivered. If you can’t be available to sign for your package, please be sure that an authorized adult can. If delivery is to a business address, this can be a receptionist, mailroom employee, or similar.
