To enhance the timeless Celtic knot design, we have set it in a stylish trim to each side of the band for this unique embossed Celtic knot wedding ring. Choose from yellow or white gold knot work with a yellow gold trim.

The Celtic knot is famous for representing endless love. Brian Boru‘s mother was called Beibhinn and he named his daughter after her. So we think it is a fitting name for this fine wedding ring. Handmade in Ireland and hallmarked in the Dublin Assays Office.

A Royal Name...

Beibhinn also spelled Bébinn (pronounced like Viviann) is a name used for several different characters in Irish mythology. One of the most notable characters is a giantess who sought out the protection of the Fianna to get away from an ugly giant, Aeda.

Sadly, the attempt was in vain, and he murdered Bebinn. This name was also the mother of the Irish King of Connaught, and he would later name his daughter after her.
