Auch wurden alle Fragen super schnell beantwortet, leider gab es wohl ein Missverständnis, was jeder unter "Deadline" versteht, (Ring muss beim Empfänger sein, Ring muss zu dem Datum versendet sein), so dass der Ring erst nach der Eheschließung bei uns eintraf. Deshalb keine 5 Sterne. Wir haben uns mit einem Ersatzring beholfen, sonst war alles super.

Very shortly are placing my order I received a call from customer service explaining the process to me in great detail. They wanted to make sure I had an accurate reading of my ring size. The attention to customer service was outstanding. The turn around time was much quicker than I expected and when I opened the box the end result was better than I expect. I thought of the ring as a piece of artwork. The detail and craftsmanship is second to none. Then much to my surprise I received follow up communication to make sure everything was satisfactory. I was truly amazed with the concern for the satisfaction of the customer. Thank you Celtic Rings, Ltd and particularly Stephen and Vincent. The ring size I gave them is a bit off and we are currently working on a solution but again the piece of art I have on my finger is amazing...
