How long does it take to craft, hallmark and ship my order?

The whole process from ordering through to receiving, takes between 14 - 20 business days. Silver items are generally a little quicker, and will take 10 – 12 business days.

If you have any special requirements, (rush orders, etc.) then please specify these during the checkout process. Alternatively, please do not hesitate to contact us for any inquiries.

Shipping is FREE - in Europe, UK, USA and Canada

We only use FedEx, who are fast, reliable and trackable. 

NOTE: Some countries including Brazil & New Zealand will incur extra cost due to the high cost of shipping there. Please contact us for more details.

Will my order be delivered in perfect condition?

We aim to bring you unique, high quality products – and also to make sure that you receive them safely and quickly. Jewelry is both delicate and valuable, but with over 25 years of experience, we know just how to protect it, using customized jewelry shipping boxes and packing equipment.
