How do I return an item to be refunded or changed?
If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your purchase, we offer all of our customers a 30-day money-back guarantee from receipt of delivery. To organize a return, email us at email@example.com, quoting your order reference number and your reason for returning the product.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept a return of customized products, platinum rings and heavy usage/damage. Refunds are not given on products that are incorrectly sized due to customer error, so be sure to get measured locally before ordering.
All returned items must include the original documentation, jewelry shipping boxes or any other packaging material, and labels.
What if I need my ring resized?
In the unlikely event, that your ring doesn’t fit, we can resize it for you. Simply return the ring to us along with your order number and the size you want the ring changed to. There is a charge of €35, which includes return delivery.
Note : This is only for 1/2 size resizing. Full sizes or more can incur a higher cost as we might have to redo the ring from scratch.
