How do I return an item to be refunded or changed?

If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your purchase, we offer all of our customers a 60-day money-back guarantee from receipt of delivery. To organize a return, email us at sales@celtic-weddingrings.com, quoting your order reference number and your reason for returning the product.

Exceptions
The following are handcrafted to order. These may be returned within 60 days but are subject to a 20% restocking fee:

- Any Rings crafted in Gold or White Gold
- Any Jewelry crafted in Gold or White Gold

Unfortunately, we cannot accept a return of customized products or items with heavy usage/damage. Refunds are not given on products that are incorrectly sized due to customer error, so be sure to get measured locally before ordering.

All returned items must include the original documentation, jewelry shipping boxes or any other packaging material, and labels.

What if I need my ring resized?

In the unlikely event, that your ring doesn’t fit, we can resize it for you. Simply return the ring to us along with your order number and the size you want the ring changed to. There is a charge of €35, which includes return delivery.

Note : We can resize it for you up or down up to one full size. Any more than a full size can incur a higher cost as we might have to redo the ring from scratch.
